Terms & Conditions
Rates and rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Check-in time is from 3.00pm. Check-out time is prior to 11.00am.
Cancellations or amendments must be made prior to 2pm on the day before arrival. Cancellations made after this time will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s accommodation rate.
A credit card number will be required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation. Your card will not be charged in advance, but is held as security for your reservation and utilised for any applicable cancellation or non-arrival fees.
If the card holder will not be present at time of check-in, you will need to complete a third party charge authorisation. Please contact the hotel for further information.
Delegates are responsible for their own accommodation. Hotel rates and rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking. You are solely responsible for all financial obligations arising from reservations made by you or on your behalf. This includes all charges for cancellations, late or non-arrival. A credit card number is required to secure hotel bookings.
