The Member Bodies of the System are the National Authorized Institutions (NAIs) who manage the System in their respective countries.

The operational bodies in the IECQ are all of the IECQ Certification Bodies (CBs). It is these bodies to which applications are made for the issuing of IECQ Certificates under the respective IECQ Schemes, eg IECQ HSPM.

These IECQ CBs and the NAIs are the main contact points for users of the System. Enquiries relating to the issuing of IECQ certificates should be first directed to the IECQ CBs or NAIs. General enquiries regarding the overall operation of the IECQ System may be addressed to the IECQ Secretariat in Geneva, Switzerland.
