At the 2009 IECQ CABC Annual Meeting, held in Guangzhou, China, the CABC endorsed the following list of Appointed IECQ ECMP Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), to serve the steady and growing interest in IECQ ECMP Certification to IEC TS 62239 and  based on their demonstrated accomplishments in preparing IEC TS 62239 and its revisions, and on their experience in implementation and also upon their experience and qualifications in verifying compliance.

The following SMEs are appointed to conduct IECQ ECMP Assessments according to IEC TS 62239 :
