As we work with the respective Chairmen and Convenors to prepare the agendas, please feel free to raise or propose specific items that you may wish to propose for discussion.  In doing so we would appreciate you addressing the following items as a minimum:

• Name and Organisation

• Proposed topic for discussion + for which Event (see above table)

• Outline of the Topic

• Indication if you plan to provide a document for consideration and when this can be provided to the Secretariat

Details regarding meeting venue, agenda and associated documentation will be circulated in due course, including details to assist with visas.
